1. Phase 1: Requirements & Discovery — Scoping business questions, KPI definitions, security needs, and data source audit
2. Phase 2: Data Ingestion & Transformation — Profiling, cleaning, merging, and shaping multi-source data in Power Query
3. Phase 3: Semantic Model Architecture — Building the Star Schema, Calendar table, hierarchies, RLS roles, and field parameters
4. Phase 4: DAX Measures & Analytics — Implementing core KPIs, time intelligence, semi-additive measures, and dynamic rankings
5. Phase 5: Report Design & AI Exploration — Designing executive summary, diagnostic drill-through, anomaly detection, and key influencers visuals
6. Phase 6: Deployment & Governance — Publishing to Workspace, configuring RLS, scheduling refresh, and creating a multi-audience App
7. Phase 7: Quality Assurance & Reconciliation — Auditing numbers, documenting assumptions, and testing interactive filters
