2. Translating corporate strategy into Balanced Scorecards, OKRs, and cascading KPI Driver Trees
3. Defining Executive KPI metadata: clear formulas, executive owners, targets, thresholds, and strategic initiatives
4. Designing the "5-Second Executive View": layout patterns, variance focus, and mobile-first optimization
5. Implementing Power BI Metrics (Scorecards): automated data-driven goals, sub-metrics, status rules, and manual executive commentary
6. Designing seamless drill-paths from C-suite summary → VP diagnostic view → Manager operational action list
